Services and engagement
2X DIGITAL MARKETING AGENCY provides performance marketing, advertising strategy, campaign management, analytics, and conversion services under the agreed written scope, proposal, and invoice. The client is responsible for providing accurate information, timely approvals, lawful creative, and access required for delivery.
Performance expectations
Marketing outcomes depend on market conditions, offer quality, budget, data quality, platform changes, and execution. No specific revenue, lead, or return outcome is guaranteed. We will report material performance information and make commercially reasonable recommendations within the agreed scope.
Data and platform compliance
The parties will handle personal data responsibly and comply with applicable privacy, advertising, intellectual-property, and consumer-protection laws. Client-provided data and advertising materials must have an appropriate legal basis and required permissions. Third-party platforms, including Meta, may review, restrict, or reject advertising independently.
Payments and cancellation
Fees, payment dates, notice periods, and cancellation terms are governed by the applicable signed service agreement. Retainers reserve specialist capacity and are generally non-refundable once work begins, except where the written agreement or applicable law provides otherwise.
